How ordering from oasis works, what your rights are and how we look after your details. If anything is unclear, just call or message us.

Ordering and payment
Sending the form on this site is a pre-order, not a purchase. You don't pay anything on the site.
After you send it, we call you to confirm what's in the box, the price, the delivery cost and the delivery time. The order is final only after you confirm it on the call.
The box price is shown next to the order form. Delivery costs ₪25. We are a VAT-exempt business (osek patur), so no VAT is added: the price you see is the final price.
You can pay with Bit, PayBox, PayPal, a bank transfer, or cash on delivery. You get a receipt for every payment.
Delivery
We deliver all over Israel. We, or a courier we trust, bring the box to the address you gave us.
Delivery costs ₪25. The box usually arrives on the day you pay or the day after. We agree on the exact time with you by phone.
With the box you get the order details in writing: what you bought, what you paid and how to cancel.
Cancellation and returns
You can cancel within 14 days from the day you receive the box, or from the day you receive the written order details, whichever is later.
Senior citizens (65 and over), people with disabilities and new immigrants (up to 5 years after aliyah) can cancel within 4 months, because the order includes a phone call with us. We may ask to see a document that shows this.
How to cancel: by phone, on WhatsApp or by letter to the postal address above. Tell us your name, phone and order number.
Return the products as you received them, unused. We'll agree with you how to collect them.
We refund you within 14 days of getting your cancellation notice, the same way you paid. We may keep a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower.
If a product is damaged, isn't what you ordered or arrives late, we refund the full amount, delivery included, with no cancellation fee. You can also ask for a replacement.
Privacy
What we collect: your name, phone, delivery address and the language of the site you ordered on. The law doesn't require you to give them, but without them we can't call you back or deliver the box.
Why: only to handle and deliver your order, to help you after it, and to keep the records tax law requires.
Who sees them: only us, and the person who brings your box (name, phone and address). The details are stored by service providers that work for us: Supabase (database), Cloudflare (website) and Telegram (our new-order alert). Some of their servers are outside Israel.
We never sell your details, and we don't send you advertising unless you separately agree to it. The site has no advertising or tracking cookies.
We keep your details only as long as we need them for the order, support and tax records. You can ask to see, correct or delete them: call or message us.
The database controller is the business owner (details above). If you think we haven't protected your privacy, you can contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to order. We work to make the site meet Israeli Standard 5568 (WCAG level AA): it works with a keyboard and a screen reader, the text has strong contrast, and animations stop when your device asks for reduced motion.

General
The products in the box are sealed, in their original packaging, with the importer's Hebrew label. Read the label before use. If your skin is sensitive, try a small area first. The box is not medical advice.
This page is in Hebrew, Russian and English. If the versions differ, the Hebrew version applies. Israeli law applies to the purchase.
We may update this page. Each order follows the terms that applied on the day it was sent.
